The Accommodation

Experience the true essence of the Bolivian jungle at our rustic yet comfortable lodge. Four private air-conditioned chalets with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms provide a cozy haven amidst the wilderness. Gather with fellow adventurers in our communal area, recounting thrilling fishing tales and enjoying refreshing beverages. Our chef expertly crafts delicious meals, fueling your adventures and creating unforgettable memories.

Travel Plan

Day 1: arrive in Santa Cruz de la Sierra International Airport (VVI), transfer to hotel and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to airport and flight to Lodge airstrip – 2hrs duration. Short boat ride to the Lodge. 1/2 day fishing on arrival.

Days 3 – 8: six days fishing

Day 9: charter flight back to Santa Cruz and overnight in hotel

Day 10: transfer to VVI and onwards journey home.

INCLUDED Transfer from Santa Cruz International Airport (VVI) on arrival day before trip and overnight at Ibis Hotel Santa Cruz de la Sierra / Maywa Hotel /or similar hotel in Santa Cruz, return charter flights to the lodge and back, transfer to hotel on day returning to Santa Cruz and transfer to airport for journey home, all food and beverages while at the lodge and while fishing, Free satellite internet at the lodge, daily laundry and 6 and a 1/2 days' guided fishing.
NOT INCLUDED International and domestic flights to and from Santa Cruz (internal flights other than stated above), meals and drinks while in Santa Cruz, tips, imported hard liquor, wine, fishing tackle, rods, reels, lures, etc., health and travel insurance. *we can rent spinning rods and reels at USD $150 per rod per week.
TRIP NOTES
  • Terms and conditions of payments: 50% as deposit on reservation, 50% due up to 90 days before arrival in Santa Cruz.
  • A strict 15kgs (33lbs) must be adhered to for all charter flights to the Lodge and return.
  • A complete and comprehensive list of gear, clothing and tackle suggestions will be provided once reservation and deposit payments have been made.
  • Tips – We insist ON a minimum of $200pp for your guide and$200pp for the remaining lodge staff. Please give more if you think anyone has gone above and beyond.
  • Through our travel agent associates, we are able to secure excellent rates for all your international and domestic flights and health/travel insurance that are not included in our packages. Please ask for Details.
  • All U.S. citizens visiting Bolivia are required to obtain a visa -Tourist visas can also be purchased at any land or air border on arrival – https://bo.usembassy.gov/information-on-entry-exit-and-visa-requirements/
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: each charter flight allows for max. 20kgs per angler.
